HOLLYWOOD’S BLOGTALK WITH MJ RACADIO PARTNERS WITH GOOD NEWS PILIPINAS TO CELEBRATE FILIPINO PRIDE

Good News Pilipinas is thrilled to announce its partnership with Hollywood’s BlogTalk with MJ Racadio, an initiative to instill pride in every Filipino. Starting this April 2024, the renowned Filipino celebrity blogger, podcast DJ, and recording artist will share his weekly blogs on our platform.

MJ Racadio, known for his annual list of the Most Influential Filipino-Americans (MIFA), celebrates a decade of inspiring stories and triumphs of Filipino-Americans in Hollywood.

Originally from Villasis, Pangasinan, Racadio’s journey from the Philippines to California began at age 17, driven by his passion for music and entertainment.

After becoming a Los Angeles Press Club member, he pioneered America’s first Fil-Am Hollywood Entertainment Podcasting Show, BlogTalk with MJ Racadio, from his bedroom in Salida, California, in 2014. Over the years, he has produced hundreds of episodes featuring top Hollywood entertainment figures, including Filipino Americans.

“I love empowering people, inspiring them, and giving back to the community,” says MJ Racadio, reflecting on his legacy in a 2020 mini-documentary about his life.

MJ Racadio as a recording artist will mark the official release of the music video for “Lumayo Ka Man Sa Akin” on April 28. MJ recorded the song as part of an album of Original Pilipino Music (OPM) inspired by 1521 The Movie.

Good News Pilipinas, reporting on the MIFA releases since 2020 and the MIFA Hall of Fame since 2022, is expanding its coverage of Filipino Americans by featuring BlogTalk with MJ Racadio as a regular column every Tuesday, starting April 23, 2024.
